Had some free time this evening so I finally finished my portal to The Nether. Was going to stock up on my pork chops and head in but then I remembered that I have a ton of other games to play. I’m losing some interest in Minecraft lately. I have the feeling like I should be trying to tell a story with it because it’s so non-linear. Maybe I need to write up some kind of back story and goal to walk towards. I’m such a big fan of a story that not having one is kind of aggravating. I find myself just building towards what was introduced in the last update then just stop until the next one.

I started playing The Witcher and as far as fantasy RPGs go it’s GREAT! Totally worth checking out for any RPG fan. Wasn’t sure what to expect when I started (assumed it was going to be like Dragon Age 2, which I hated) but damn is it fun. From what I’ve played so far it’s like if HBO made an RPG; great, deep story, swearing, sex and action it really is a great game world to get lost in.
